We are Pastor Led.
Our Church is led by the Lead Pastors. This team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. These staff pastors serve the congregation and are responsible for the development of the spiritual life of the church.
We are guided by a Counsel of Servants.
A Counsel of Servants (a.k.a. CS) are long-term, faithful members, who support the Lead Pastor with overseeing the finances, assisting in directing the provision of facility needs, and in the acquisition of major capital purchases.
We are served by Core Teams.
Our Core Team Leaders (a.k.a. CL) are faithful members who serve in leadership roles facilitating, and developing ministries.
We are protected by Overseers.
Overseers are reputable Pastors who protect REACH Community by providing counsel and spiritual accountability to the Lead Pastor. They may be called in to help in accountability matters relating to the Lead Pastor if requested by the Pastors or CS.
A Board of Directors provide legal covering, fiscal accountability, and counsel to the Lead Pastor.
